• Choice of one of our brides bouquets and grooms boutonniere.

• Makeup and hair stylist for bride.
• Video Recording of Wedding Day Celebration Package: includes up to 2.5 hours on site, which covers preparations before the ceremony, ceremony & sunset romance on the beach. DVD is personalized with names and excerpts from event on the scene select screen title and with a full color label and DVD case.
• Professional pre coordination of all- professional edited and courier delivered to client.
• Airfare, and accommodations for Photography and Celebrant/lawyer included

The above packages are for elopements only- meaning less than 12 people and only include what is listed. Any additional services will in cur extra costs. The services are for ceremony help only. We are happy to set up a reservation for dining, should an actual reception need to be planner extra costs will be applied.
All above packages as well come with personal wedding coordination by one of Tropical Occasions Coordinators (all of whom are certified with the association of Bridal Consultants) who will oversee all details listed in chosen package, help plan the wedding day’s itinerary as well as be your advocate for your entire stay while in Costa Rica.
Lodging is not included in the packages.
