A Day at The Harmony Hotel

7 am: wake up early and enjoy a cup of Costa Rican coffee.

8-9:30 am: stroll over to the Healing Centre for a Combo Flow yoga class. Awaken the body with breath and movement.

10 am: enjoy a full breakfast in the restaurant from a menu offering everything from fresh fruit and whole-wheat pancakes, to a variety of egg dishes, to traditional gallo pinto.

11 am: spend a little downtime at the pool or swinging in a hammock. Or head down to the beach to watch the waves roll in and soak up some sun.

1 pm: enjoy a light lunch at the Juice Bar. Sip carrot juice in a hammock, or wander over to the bar for a Pina Colada.

3 pm: walk into town for a homemade ice cream cone. You may spot Howler Monkeys in the trees along the road. Or perhaps it’s the perfect time for a couples massage.

5 pm: take a surf lesson at Playa Guiones. In between catching waves, admire the spectacular sunset. After your lesson, you may enjoy looking for seashells on the beach.

7:30 pm: Enjoy a romantic dinner for two at Harmony’s Restaurant. Beautiful cocktails and a selection of local fresh foods will surely satisfy you after an adventurous day. Wind down while chatting with other guests or go to one of the local bars for some evening fun.
